The invention discloses a dispatching method and system for achieving interaction of an autonomous mobile robot and an elevator. The dispatching method comprises the steps that a dispatching center periodically grabs the state of the autonomous mobile robot and the state of the elevator respectively; after a cargo conveying request sent by a user through a terminal is received, the dispatching center searches the available autonomous mobile robot and the available elevator according to the cargo conveying request; and the dispatching center respectively dispatches the searched autonomous mobile robot and the searched elevator to be in position, controls the opening and closing of an in-position elevator door, and controls the autonomous mobile robot to access the elevator according to theobtained opening and closing positioning states of the elevator door. The dispatching system can achieve concise and efficient interaction between the robot and the elevator and can effectively monitor the whole interaction process, thereby improving the interaction efficiency and safety of the autonomous mobile robot and the elevator and being quite suitable for application scenes such as currenthospitals; and the dispatching system can be matched with multiple autonomous mobile robots with mature application interface methods and the elevators with different brands, so that the system has good application prospects.

    本发明公开一种实现自主移动机器人和电梯交互的调度方法及系统,该方法包括:调度中心分别周期性抓取自主移动机器人状态和电梯状态;调度中心接收用户通过终端发送的货物运送请求后,根据货物运送请求查找可调配自主移动机器人和电梯;调度中心分别调度所查找到的自主移动机器人和电梯就位,控制就位后电梯门的开闭并基于获取的电梯门开闭就位情况控制自主移动机器人进出电梯。该系统实现机器人和电梯简洁高效交互,并实现对整个交互过程的有效监控,提升了自主移动机器人和电梯的交互效率和安全性,极为适合当前医院等场景使用,且该系统能够匹配拥有成熟应用接口方法的众多自主移动机器人和各种不同品牌的电梯,使得该系统具有良好的应用前景。
