The invention discloses a wing root butt joint manufacturing method and a wing root butt joint manufacturing device, a butt joint and equipment. The wing root butt joint manufacturing method comprisesthe following steps of pre-mounting a butt joint rough blank and acquiring large density point cloud data of a molded surface by laser scanning; generating a fit surface of an actually assembled buttjoint according to the point cloud data and calculating the parameter dimension of the fit surface; and carrying out finish machining on the butt joint rough blank to obtain the butt joint accordingto the parameter dimension. Based on a reverse measuring design manufacturing method, the method adopts reverse measurement in actual assembly, and designs modification and manufactures and carries out clean-up machining on beam and the butt joint according to an actual fit surface, so that the potential cushioning risk is reduced greatly, the assembling difficulty and workload are reduced and theload transfer efficiency of the actual structure is improved while it is ensured that the structural strength is met.

    本发明公开了一种机翼翼根对接接头制造方法、装置、对接接头及设备,其中,机翼翼根对接接头制造方法,包括:将对接接头粗坯进行预安装,并通过激光扫描获得型面的大密度点云数据;根据所述点云数据生成实际装配对接头的配合面,并计算所述配合面的参数尺寸;根据所述参数尺寸对所述对接接头粗坯进行精加工得到对接接头。该方法基于逆向测量的设计制造方法,在实际装配时,采用逆向测量,根据实际贴合面,对梁对接接头进行设计“修正”和制造补加工,在保证满足结构强度要求的同时,极大的降低潜在加垫风险,降低装配难度和工作量,提升实际结构传载效率。
