The invention provides a picking device adaptable to different row spacings. The picking device comprises a caterpillar track chassis, a lifting unit and a human standing operation unit, wherein the lifting unit comprises a machine frame, a first scissor and fork type lifting mechanism, and a container; and the human standing operation unit comprises a supporting frame, a sliding rail, a sliding block, a supporting bottom rod, an oil cylinder connecting frame, a traversing oil cylinder, a second scissor and fork type lifting mechanism and a human standing platform. According to the picking device provided by the invention, left-and-right movement of the human standing operation unit can be adjusted according to different row spacings in an orchard, and the picking device is suitable for forest fruit operation areas which are large in row spacings or inconsistent in row spacings; and the device adopts symmetrical structure design, so that the device is flexible to move and high in carrying capacity, and has the advantages of being compact in simple structure, good in processing and assembling technology and the like.
