The invention discloses an anti-collision detection mechanism for fork teeth of an AGV (automatic guided vehicle) forklift and the AGV forklift equipped with the anti-collision detection mechanism. The anti-collision detection mechanism comprises a linear bearing, a guide shaft, a spring, a photoelectric sensor and a sensing block, wherein the linear bearing is installed at the bottom of the frontend of a fork of the forklift; the guide shaft is movably connected to the linear bearing; the spring is arranged at the front end of the guide shaft in a sleeving manner, and the two ends of the spring are respectively abutted between the end part of the front end of the guide shaft and the linear bearing; the photoelectric sensor is installed at the bottom of the front end of the fork of the forklift and is used for transmitting signals to the forklift; the sensing block is installed at the end part of the rear end of the guide shaft and is used for triggering the signals of the photoelectric sensor. The anti-collision detection mechanism is simple in structure and easy to realize, operation safety and stability of the AGV forklift are improved, and production efficiency is increased.

    本发明公开一种AGV叉车叉齿防撞检测机构及其AGV叉车,包括:直线轴承,所述直线轴承用于安装在叉车的货叉的前端底部;导向轴,所述导向轴与所述直线轴承活动连接;弹簧,所述弹簧套设于所述导向轴的前端上,所述弹簧的两端分别抵设于所述导向轴的前端的端部与所述直线轴承之间;光电传感器,所述光电传感器安装在所述叉车的货叉的前端底部,且用于输送信号至所述叉车;感应块,所述感应块安转于所述导向轴的后端的端部,所述感应块用于触发所述光电传感器的信号。本发明结构简单,容易实现,提高了AGV叉车运行的安全性和稳定性,提高了生产效率。
