The invention relates to a power split-type ship direct-current electric propulsion system. Each main generator in the system is provided with a plurality of sets of mutually independent stator winding sets, and each winding set is connected with a rectifier and a fuse to form an independent branch and finally connected to an isolating switch or a circuit breaker on a direct-current bus. A main propulsion motor in the system is provided with a plurality of sets of mutually independent stator winding sets, and each winding set is connected with an inverter and a fuse to form an independent branch and finally connected to an isolating switch or a circuit breaker on a direct-current bus. The main generator and the main propulsion motor are subjected to power shunting through the plurality ofbranches, so that the branch current is reduced, and the system can realize rapid short-circuit fault protection and reliable system complete selective protection.
