The invention discloses an unmanned vehicle safety protection system based on a solid-state area array laser radar. The system comprises a plurality of solid-state area array radars and a motion control system, wherein the motion control system comprises a protection algorithm module, a navigation control module and a chassis controller, the plurality of solid-state area array radars are respectively arranged at the front part, the rear part and the two sides of the unmanned vehicle, and the solid-state area array radars detect the positions of close-range obstacles around the unmanned vehicleand upload obstacle information to the protection algorithm module. A plurality of solid-state area array radars are closely installed on the four sides of an unmanned vehicle body to detect the positions of short-distance obstacles around the vehicle body, obstacle information is processed by an independently-operated protection algorithm module, a high-priority control instruction is given to the chassis controller, the vehicle body is limited from doing dangerous motion, and the positions of the short-distance obstacles can be accurately measured. The invention further discloses an unmanned vehicle safety protection method based on the solid-state area array laser radar.

    本发明公开了一种基于固态面阵激光雷达的无人车安全防护系统,包括干个固态面阵雷达及运动控制系统,所述运动控制系统包括防护算法模块、导航控制模块和底盘控制器,若干个固态面阵雷达分别安装于无人车的前部、后部及两侧,固态面阵雷达检测无人车四周近距离障碍物位置并上传障碍信息至防护算法模块。通过多个固态面阵雷达贴近安装于无人车车体四面,检测车体四周近距离障碍物位置,这些障碍物信息由独立运行的防护算法模块处理,并给出高优先级的控制指令到底盘控制器,限制车体做危险运动,能够精确测量近距离障碍物位置。本发明还公开了一种基于固态面阵激光雷达的无人车安全防护方法。
