The invention discloses a laser radar system and an unmanned aerial vehicle thereof.The laser radar system comprises a laser radar unit, a closed shell for packaging and protecting the laser radar unit, a heat dissipation unit and a composite damping unit, the laser radar unit at least comprises two sets of laser radar detectors which are arranged to form a sector structure, and the shells are in closed fit; the front panel is provided with a window matched with a detection window of a laser radar detector in shape and size, and the heat dissipation unit is connected to the outer side wall of the laser radar and one inner side wall of the shell; the composite damping unit is located between the laser radar detector and the bottom plate and has an efficient heat dissipation mode, the environment temperature of the laser radar in the packaging shell is guaranteed, the closed shell structure has good waterproof and dustproof performance, and the environmental adaptability of the laser radar is improved; and meanwhile, the vibration influence of vibration of the unmanned aerial vehicle on the laser radar can be reduced, and the accuracy of detection and positioning data of the laser radar is ensured.
