The invention discloses a steel plate hoisting device for steel plate boxing. The steel plate hoisting device comprises a cantilever beam (13) and at least two suspension rope assemblies which are matched with the cantilever beam (13) and capable of moving on the cantilever beam, wherein each suspension rope assembly comprises a body (1) and two lifting lugs (3) respectively arranged at the two ends of the body (1); and each body (1) is mounted on the cantilever beam (13). According to the steel plate hoisting device, the suspension rope assemblies are matched with the cantilever beam, the lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the body of each suspension rope assembly, when the device is used, each steel wire rope can be fixed only by being hung on the two corresponding lifting lugs, and the fixing method is simple and rapid; due to the fact that the two lifting lugs of each body are symmetrically arranged, the portions, at the two ends of the body, of the corresponding steel wire rope can be kept on a vertical plane after being fixed, so that the balance is kept, and the risk in the hoisting process is reduced; and a steel plate can be hoisted by hoisting the cantilever beam through a travelling crane, then the travelling crane is controlled to move, the cantilever beam extends into a container, and the steel plate can be loaded into the container by lowering the cantilever beam, so that the steel plate boxing efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于钢板装箱的钢板起吊装置,包括挑梁(13),与挑梁(13)相配合的至少两个悬绳组件,悬绳组件能在挑梁上移动;所述悬绳组件包括本体(1),分别设置在本体(1)两端的两个吊耳(3),本体(1)则安装在挑梁(13)上。本发明在挑梁上配合悬绳组件,悬绳组件的本体两端均设置有吊耳,在使用时只需将钢丝绳挂在两个吊耳上即可将钢丝绳固定,其固定方法简单、快捷;由于两个吊耳为对称设置,因此本体两端的钢丝绳固定好后可以保持在一个垂直面上,从而保持平衡,降低了吊装过程中的风险;通过行车将挑梁吊起即可吊起钢板,控制行车运动,将挑梁伸入到集装箱内,降下挑梁即可将钢板装入集装箱内,提高了钢板装箱的效率。
