According to the steel plate hoisting method, hoisting is conducted through a hoisting device, and the hoisting device comprises a supporting rod and two or three sets of hoisting assemblies arranged on the supporting rod; each hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting chain, two steel plate clamps and two steel wire ropes, the two steel wire ropes are fixed to the two ends of the hoisting chain respectively, the other ends of the two steel wire ropes are both fixedly assembled on the supporting lever, the two steel plate clamps are both freely arranged on the hoisting chain in a penetrating and sleeving mode, and the two steel plate clamps are both fixedly assembled on the supporting lever. Each steel plate clamp is a hook-shaped clamp of an integrated structure, and the two steel plate clamps on one lifting chain are oppositely arranged. During hoisting, the steel plate clamps are clamped on the two sides of a steel plate in a pairwise opposite mode, then the steel plate is slowly hoisted through the supporting rods, in the hoisting process, every two opposite steel plate clamps are automatically aligned through the gravity of the steel plate, the two steel plate clamps are automatically clamped under the pulling force effect of the hoisting chain, the steel plate is in a balanced and fixed state, and then hoisting is conducted.

    本发明公开了一种钢板吊运方法,通过吊装装置吊运,所述吊装装置包括一个支杠以及设置在所述支杠上的两组或三组吊装组件;每一组吊装组件包括一条起重链条、两个钢板卡具以及两条钢丝绳索,其中:所述起重链条的两端分别固定一条所述的钢丝绳索,两条所述的钢丝绳索的另一端均固定装配在所述支杠上,两个钢板卡具均自由穿套在所述起重链条上,每一个钢板卡具均为一体结构的勾状卡具,一条起重链条上的两个钢板卡具相对设置;起吊时,先将钢板卡具两两相对卡在钢板两侧,然后通过支杠缓慢起吊,在起吊过程中,通过钢板的重力自动调齐每两个相对的钢板卡具,并且两个钢板卡具在起重链条的拉力作用下自夹紧,使得钢板处于平衡固定状态,再进行吊运。
