The embodiment of the invention provides a road congestion situation prediction method considering a congestion superposition effect, and the method comprises the steps: building a road frequent congestion feature and feature model, a demand reduction type congestion dissipation model and an event removal type congestion dissipation model based on traffic survey data, traffic flow data, geographicinformation data and road static attribute information; considering the influence of traffic accidents and special events, and establishing a superposition model of frequent congestion and special event congestion spreading to calculate the congestion spreading speed, the congestion spreading boundary and the congestion duration; and establishing a superposition model of frequent congestion and special event congestion dissipation according to congestion with various set frequent and accidental congestion superposition effects, and calculating a congestion dissipation form and a congestion dissipation speed, thereby realizing highway congestion situation prediction. According to the invention, road congestion situation parameters can be predicted in a specific traffic congestion mode, anda targeted, scientific and feasible management and control scheme is obtained, so that a traffic management department can quickly make an accurate adjustment scheme.

    本发明实施例提供了一种考虑拥堵叠加效应的公路拥堵态势预测方法,包括:基于交通调查数据、交通流数据、地理信息数据和公路静态属性信息,建立公路常发性拥堵特征和特征模型、需求减小型拥堵消散模型和事件解除型拥堵消散模型;考虑交通事故和特殊事件影响,建立常发拥堵和特殊事件拥堵蔓延的叠加模型计算拥堵蔓延速度、拥堵蔓延边界和拥堵持续时间;根据设定各种常发和偶发拥堵叠加效应的拥堵建立常发拥堵和特殊事件拥堵消散的叠加模型计算拥堵消散形态和拥堵消散速度,实现对公路拥堵态势预测。本发明可在特定交通拥堵模式下,对公路拥堵态势参数进行预测,获得具有针对性的科学可行的管控方案便于交通管理部门迅速制定精准的调整方案。
