The invention discloses a carrier shock absorber based on pneumatics. The carrier shock absorber comprises a bearing plate, and the upper end face of the bearing plate is used for containing and carrying goods. Four sliding rods are arranged on the lower side of the bearing plate in a sliding manner; four sealing cavities with downward openings are formed in the bearing plate; the upper ends of the sliding rods extend into the sealing cavities and are connected with the bearing plate in a sliding manner; and a high-pressure gas is stored in the sealing cavity; according to the invention, the maximum vibration amplitude of connecting plates can be manually adjusted according to road conditions; damage caused by collision between the connecting plates and the inner walls of the cavities is avoided; reciprocating vibration of springs is eliminated through high air pressure, the damping effect is improved, the two springs with different elasticity are adopted for damping according to the moving speed of the carrier, and carried goods are prevented from falling off.

    本发明公开的一种基于气动的搬运车减震器,包括承重板,所述承重板上端面用于盛放搬运货物,所述承重板下侧滑动设有四个滑动杆,所述承重板内设有开口向下的四个密封腔,所述滑动杆上端伸入所述密封腔内并与所述承重板滑动连接,所述密封腔内储存有高压气体,本发明能够根据路况来人为调节连接板的最大振动幅度,进而避免连接板与空腔内壁相撞造成损坏,并且通过高气压来消除弹簧的往复振动,提高减震效果,根据搬运车移速大小来分别采用两种不同弹力的弹簧来进行减震,进而避免搬运货物掉落。
