The invention discloses a wheel type vacuum sucker structure for a glass curtain wall climbing trolley. A vacuum generator and a reversing valve mounting frame are fixed on a support of the glass curtain wall climbing trolley; the tail end of a reversing valve is fixedly mounted in the reversing valve mounting frame; the vacuum generator is connected with a tail pneumatic joint through a connecting air pipe; a driving mechanism sleeves a step of the tail gas circuit assembly; the front end of the tail gas circuit assembly is sleeved with a bearing, a bearing cover is connected with a driving mechanism of the center gas circuit assembly through a connecting rod, side pneumatic connectors are arranged on the center gas circuit assembly at equal angles, a chuck moving mechanism fixing frame is connected with the outer surface of the center gas circuit assembly through spokes, and each side pneumatic connector corresponds to one vacuum chuck moving mechanism. The vacuum chuck structure isof an original wheel type structure, climbing is achieved through adsorption force generated by the vacuum chuck, vacuum is generated at the initial end through an aerostatic press and a vacuum generator, vacuum generation and damage of air paths of different chucks are achieved through movement cooperation of two air path pieces, and therefore climbing is achieved.

    一种玻璃幕墙攀爬小车用轮式真空吸盘结构,本申请真空发生器和换向阀安装架固定在玻璃幕墙攀爬小车的支架上,换向阀尾端固定安装在换向阀安装架内,真空发生器通过连接气管接尾部气动接头,尾部气路组件的台阶上套有驱动机构,尾部气路组件前端套装有轴承,轴承盖通过连接杆与中心气路组件的驱动机构相连,中心气路组件等角度设置有侧气动接头,吸盘活动机构固定架通过轮辐与中心气路组件外表面相连,每个侧气动接头对应一个真空吸盘活动机构。本发明真空吸盘结构采用原创轮式结构,通过真空吸盘产生的吸附力实现攀爬,初始端由气压机和真空发生器产生真空,通过两个气路件的运动配合实现不同吸盘气路真空的产生和破坏,从而实现攀爬。
