The invention provides an urban traffic flow prediction method based on a generative adversarial network. The urban traffic flow prediction method comprises the following steps of: acquiring positioninformation of a certain city and dividing an urban region into a plurality of grid regions; collecting a GPS trajectory data set of vehicles in the urban region within a preset time, calculating an inflow and an outflow in each grid region according to time period statistics, and organizing the inflow and the outflow into a flow graph set I; and inputting continuous three frames of flow graphs IN-2, IN-1 and IN into the trained generative adversarial network model to obtain a predicted flow graph IN+1 of a next time interval, wherein N is greater than 2. Compared with the prior art, the urbantraffic flow prediction method based on the generative adversarial network has the advantages that time strong correlation and spatial dependence of traffic flow can be effectively extracted by adopting 3D convolution, prediction is performed by adopting a mode of generating a flow graph, and the reliability of a prediction result is higher.

    本发明提供了一种基于生成式对抗网络的城市交通流量预测方法,其包括如下步骤:获取某一城市的位置信息并将该城市区域划分为多个网格区域;采集预设时间内该城市区域中车辆的GPS轨迹数据集,根据时间段统计计算出每个网格区域中的进流量和出流量,并将进流量和出流量组织成流量图集I;将连续的三帧流量图I、I、I输入到训练好的生成式对抗网络模型中,即可得到预测的下一个时间间隔的流量图I,其中N大于2。与相关技术相比,本发明的基于生成式对抗网络的城市交通流量预测方法采用3D卷积能够有效提取交通流量的时间强相关性和空间依赖性,采用生成流量图的方式来预测,预测结果可靠性更高。
