The invention relates to the field of four-way shuttle vehicle design, in particular to a four-way shuttle vehicle jacking reversing mechanism. Rolling wheels are fixed to the lower plate surface of atop plate through rolling wheel fixing bases. The two ends of a rotating shaft are connected with bearings in two bearing pedestals separately. A shaft body of the rotating shaft penetrates through cams and the centers of the disk surfaces of disks. Arc-shaped holes are formed in the disk surfaces of the disks in the circumference directions of the corresponding disk surfaces. One ends of liftinglugs are hung in the arc-shaped holes of the corresponding disks. The cam surfaces of the cams and the wheel surfaces of the rolling wheels are attached. Limiting units comprise guide shafts, guide bases, springs and supporting plates. The guide shafts penetrate through limiting holes in the guide bases. The springs are arranged on the guide shafts in a sleeving mode. The upper ends of the springs abut against the guide bases, and the lower ends of the springs abut against the supporting plates. The rotating shaft rotates, one ends of the arc-shaped holes hook up the lifting lugs and furtherdrive front and rear travelling wheels of a lower frame to break away from the ground, and reversing is achieved; and a motor rotates reversely, the cams jack up the rolling wheels slowly, and thus the top plate can be jacked up. The top plate is used for storing goods, and the structure is quite simple.
