The invention provides a torsion beam suspension structure. The torsion beam suspension structure comprises longitudinal arms located on the two sides, a torsion beam body fixedly connected between the inner sides of the longitudinal arms on the two sides, spiral spring mounting parts, hub mounting parts, shock absorber mounting parts and vehicle body connecting parts, wherein the spiral spring mounting parts, the hub mounting parts, the shock absorber mounting parts and the vehicle body connecting parts correspond to the longitudinal arms and are fixedly connected to the two sides; the crosssection of the torsion beam body is open and is provided with a closed part and an open end; the middle of the torsion beam body protrudes towards one side; a stabilizing rod which is conformal with the torsion beam body and extends in the length direction of the torsion beam body is arranged in the torsion beam body; the two ends of the stabilizing rod bar are fixedly arranged, and an elastic piece for supporting the stabilizing rod is arranged in the middle of the stabilizing rod. According to the torsion beam suspension structure, due to the fact that the middle of the torsion beam body protrudes towards one side, the rigidity of the torsion beam suspension structure can be effectively improved; and the stabilizing rod is arranged on the torsion beam body in a conformal manner, so thatthe rigidity of the torsion beam suspension structure can be greatly enhanced, and the stability of the torsion beam suspension structure is improved.

    本发明提供了一种扭力梁悬架结构,包括位于两侧的纵臂,固连于两侧的纵臂内侧之间的扭力梁本体,以及对应于纵臂,于两侧均固连设置的螺旋簧安装部、轮毂安装部、减震器安装部和车身连接部;其中扭力梁本体的横截面呈开放状而具有封闭部与敞口端,且扭力梁本体的中部向一侧凸出设置,并于扭力梁本体内设有随形于扭力梁本体、以沿扭力梁本体长度方向延伸的稳定杆;稳定杆的两端固定设置,并于稳定杆的中部设有支撑稳定杆的弹性件。本发明所述的扭力梁悬架结构,通过扭力梁本体的中部向一侧凸出的设置,可有效提高扭力梁悬架结构的刚度;并通过稳定杆随形设置在扭力梁本体,进而可大大增强扭力梁悬架结构的刚度,从而提高扭力梁悬架结构的稳定性。
