The invention relates to an amphibious steering transmission mechanism. The invention provides a steering transmission mechanism of a special vehicle. The steering transmission mechanism comprises a land steering transmission mechanism and an overwater steering transmission mechanism, wherein the land steering transmission mechanism comprises a steering wheel; the steering wheel connects a steering column, the steering column is connected with the land steering mechanism which enables tires of the amphibious vehicle to steer, the land steering transmission mechanism further comprises an uppercorner sensor for detecting the corner of the steering wheel, the upper corner sensor is electrically connected with a controller, and under the overwater working condition, the controller controls the overwater steering transmission mechanism to steer through signals of the upper corner sensor. The lower end of the steering column is provided with a brake for combination of land working conditions and separation of overwater working conditions, and the lower end of the brake is connected with a steering transmission shaft of the land steering mechanism. One steering wheel can be used under the overwater working condition and the land working condition, the overwater steering operation is convenient while the vehicle land control mode is kept, the labor intensity of a driver is reduced, and the space is saved.
