Comprising a steering wheel and a steering wheel angle sensor installed on a steering column shaft, the steering wheel angle sensor controls an electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed by controlling an electromagnetic valve controller, and hydraulic oil conveyed by a hydraulic station flows into a reserved hydraulic cylinder through an electromagnetic valve, so that a piston and a hydraulic cylinder knuckle arm rigidly connected with the piston move outwards and inwards; a knuckle arm of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged to a front ball head of the steering knuckle, and the steering knuckle is pushed back and forth to drive a tire to turn left and right to achieve the steering function. A steering wheel and a steering wheel angle sensor convert driver input requirements into electric signals and transmit the electric signals to a hydraulic oil cylinder controller. The hydraulic oil cylinder controller analyzes the requirements of a driver, the hydraulic flow direction of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled, and the hydraulic knuckle arm moves outwards or inwards, so that the steering pull rod is driven, and the steering effect of the wheels is achieved.
