The invention provides an electric automobile control method of the electric automobile. Electric automobile driving modes are set and include a common mode, a motion mode, a strong recovery mode anda motion strong recovery mode. The method comprises steps of A, determining selection of a user on a certain driving mode, and determining the residual electric quantity SOC of a power battery of theelectric automobile, and B, the electric automobile is controlled to enter a corresponding driving mode according to selection and the SOC. Correspondingly, the invention further provides a control device for realizing the control method and the electric automobile. The method is advantaged in that a new driving mode with driving experience is provided for the user, in the driving mode, the dynamic requirement of the user on the motion mode can be met, and the cruising ability is improved.
