The present invention discloses a non-destructive monitoring system for the switch rail damage. The system comprises a remote monitoring host and a switch rail state monitoring structure. A transmission channel is arranged between the switch rail state monitoring structure and the remote monitoring host; the switch rail state monitoring structure comprises an environmental monitoring device, a monitoring terminal, and a measurement component; both the environmental monitoring device and the monitoring terminal, and the measurement component and the monitoring terminal are in two-way communication connections; and both the environmental monitoring device and the monitoring terminal are in two-way communication connections with the remote monitoring host through the transmission channel. Thebeneficial effects of the system provided by the present invention are that: by combining the sensing detection technology and the network communication technology, the online monitoring and analysisof the running state of the switch rail are realized, and the technician can detect the switch rail damage in time in a facilitated manner, so that the occurrence of accident hazards can be prevented, and safe operation of the train can be ensured.
