The invention provides a self-climbing wind power tower maintenance robot. The self-climbing wind power tower maintenance robot comprises a fixed platform, an adsorption device arranged below the fixed platform, moving assemblies arranged on the two sides of the adsorption device and connected with the fixed platform, and a working mechanism containing table installed on the fixed platform. The adsorption device comprises an installation plate fixedly connected with the fixed platform and a plurality of magnetic attraction modules which penetrate through the installation plate and can move upand down on the installation plate, and the magnetic attraction modules are distributed below the installation plate in a matrix mode. The problems that the surface of the wind power tower is inconvenient to clean, and an existing climbing robot is small in adsorption surface and not suitable for the working environment that the surface of the wind power tower is a curved surface are solved.

    本发明提出一种自攀爬风电塔筒维护机器人,包括固定平台、设置在固定平台下的吸附装置、设置在吸附装置两侧且与固定平台连接的运动组件以及安装在固定平台上面的工作机构放置台;所述吸附装置包括与固定平台固定连接的安装板、穿过安装板设置的可在安装板上下窜动的若干磁吸模块,所述磁吸模块在安装板下呈矩阵式分布。本发明解决了风电塔筒表面清洁不便、现有攀爬机器人吸附面小且不适应风电塔筒表面为曲面工作环境的问题。
