The invention discloses a novel independent air duct direct-current charging pile. The charging pile comprises a charging box body, an electric control box door and a charging gun interface, the charging gun interface is embedded in the middle of one side of the side surface of the charging box body, the electric control box door and the charging box body are rotationally connected through a hinge, two direct-current charging assemblies are installed in the inner cavity of the charging box body in parallel, side cooling fans are fixedly bolted to the surfaces of the two sides of the inner cavity of the charging box body, and ducted fans are bolted and fixed to the middle of the inner cavity of the charging box body and the side wall of an auxiliary duct. Double direct-current charging equipment is adopted, so the utilization rate of the charging pile is improved; an independent air duct is adopted, so the heat dissipation performance of the charging pile independent charging equipmentis improved, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, heat exchange between the charging pile independent charging equipment and the charging pile independent charging equipment is avoided; a hollow duct is adopted, so rainwater is collected; an electromagnetic valve is arranged, so the interior of the charging pile can be cooled through the natural cooling performance of the rainwater; and meanwhile the heat dissipation efficiency is improved through combined heat dissipation of the multiple fans.

    本发明公开了新型独立风道直流充电桩,包括充电箱体、电控箱门和充电枪接口,所述充电枪接口嵌合在充电箱体的侧面一侧中部,所述电控箱门和充电箱体之间通过合页转动连接,所述充电箱体内腔平行安装有两个直流充电组件,所述充电箱体的内腔两侧表面固定栓接有侧散热风扇,所述充电箱体的内腔中部和辅助涵道的侧壁栓接固定有涵道风扇,本发明采用双直流充电设备,提高了充电桩的使用率,同时采用独立风道,提高了充电桩独立充电设备的散热性能,提高散热效率,避免相互之间产生热交换,采用中空涵道,收集雨水,设置有电磁阀,可以利用雨水的自然冷却性能对充电桩内部进行散热,同时采用多组风扇组合式散热,提高散热效率。
