The invention provides a mounting method of a climbing component of an internal climbing tower crane. The mounting method comprises the following steps: at first, carrying out modular design on the climbing component to divide the climbing component into a plurality of modules, and then, mechanically assembling the modules at the mounting position of the tower crane body to revert to the climbingcomponent, and fixing the climbing component to a tower crane standard joint to provide support force for internal climbing of the tower crane. According to the mounting method, the climbing componentis divided into multiple modules, and then, the modules are assembled for restoration during the application process, so that installation of the climbing component is free of spatial restriction, the construction problem that the climbing component cannot be mounted in a narrow space is effectively solved, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明提供了一种内爬塔吊爬升部件的安装方法,首先对爬升部件进行模块化设计,将爬升部件分成多个模块,然后在塔吊塔身的安装位置将多个所述模块进行机械拼装还原成爬升部件,固定于塔吊标准节,为塔吊内爬提供支撑力。本发明通过将爬升部件分成各个模块,然后应用时再进行拼装还原,使得爬升部件的安装不受空间制约,从而有效解决了爬升部件在狭窄空间内无法进行安装的施工难题,缩短了施工工期。
