The wire extruding mechanismis controlled to be close to or away from the wire extruding wheel through the telescopic mechanism, and when a wire is clamped between the wire extruding wheel and the wire extruding mechanism, thewire extruding wheel can be controlled to rotate by controlling the gear motor, so that the wire is tensioned under the action of the wire extruding wheel and the wire extruding mechanism.
