The method comprises the following steps: S1, when the locomotive idles in a wet state of a steel rail, the locomotive directly carries out sand spreading treatment; S2, when the locomotive idles in a dry state or a sand spreading state of the steel rail, adjusting the gear; S3, when the locomotive is inthe sand spreading state and idling does not occur, it is predicted whether idling can be avoided or not within the time t when the locomotive continuously runs in the humid state, sand spreading is stopped if idling can be avoided, and sand spreading is continued if idling cannot occur; and S4, under the dry state or the wet state of the steel rail, the locomotive normally runs without idling, and any operation is not needed. The traction force or gear of normal operation of the locomotive is estimated in real time through traction calculation and logic judgment according to the real-time position of the locomotive, and sand spreading control and gear control are adjusted in real time in combination with the state of a steel rail.
本发明提供了一种用于机车自动驾驶的撒沙控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1,在钢轨潮湿状态下机车出现空转,机车直接进行撒沙处理;S2,在钢轨干燥状态或撒沙状态下机车出现空转,调整档位;S3,在机车处于撒沙状态,且未出现空转,则预测潮湿状态继续行驶△t时间内是否能够不空转,如果能够不空转则停止撒沙,如果不能则继续撒沙;S4,在钢轨干燥状态或潮湿状态下机车正常运行未出现空转,无需任何操作。本发明的根据机车实时位置通过牵引计算及逻辑判断实时预估出机车正常运行的牵引力或档位,并结合钢轨状态实时调整撒沙控制和档位控制。
