The invention discloses a brake device of a coke mine hoist. The brake device comprises a sensing module, a signal collecting and processing module, a brake module, an alarm module and a master control module. The hydraulic brake scheme is adopted by the brake device of the hoist. The sensing module comprises an oil pressure sensor, an eddy current sensor and a displacement acceleration sensor. The signal collecting and processing module comprises an A/D converter, a filter circuit, an oscilloscope and a CAN communication module. The alarm module comprises a light emitting diode and a buzzer and is arranged on one side of the master control module. The master control module is designed based on a PLC control system, and a PLC control device is provided with a duty control room. The brake device is designed based on PLC control and the hydraulic brake scheme, a hydraulic brake system is more stable, more reliable, more precise and more intelligent, the safe production level of a mine lot is effectively improved, the mine hoist operates stably, and by means of the hydraulic brake system, the mine hoist has the advantages of being sensitive in motion, adjustable in torque and the like.

    本发明公开了一种焦炭矿井提升机的制动装置,包括传感模块、信号采集处理模块、制动器模块、报警模块、主控模块,提升机的制动装置采用的是液压制动方案,传感模块包括油压传感器、电涡流传感器、位移加速度传感器,信号采集处理模块包括A\D转化器、滤波电路、示波器、CAN通信模块,报警模块包括发光二极管、蜂鸣器,报警模块设于主控模块的一侧,主控模块基于PLC控制系统设计,PLC控制装置设有值班调度室。本发明的制动装置基于PLC控制和液压制动方案设计,使得液压制动系统更加稳定、可靠、精确、智能化,有效提高了矿区的安全生产水平,矿井提升机得到平稳的运行,且液压制动方案使得矿井提升机得到动作灵敏、力矩可调等优点。
