The invention discloses a speed measurement control device of a coke mine hoist. The speed measurement control device of the coke mine hoist comprises a front-end hoist module, a magnetic rotary encoder speed measurement module, a connection visualization module and a control feedback module. The front-end hoist power module comprises a reduction motor and four disc brakes, the reduction motor isarranged on one side of a steel wire fixed pulley of the hoist, and the four disc brakes are all arranged at one end of a brake disc of the hoist. The magnetic rotary encoder speed measurement modulecomprises a permanent magnet rotary drum, a magnetic resistance probe and a signal amplification circuit. The connection visualization module comprises an A/D converter, a filter circuit and an oscilloscope. The control feedback module is developed and designed based on the FPGA. The speed measurement control device is applied to the reduction motor of the coke mine hoist, the magnetic rotary encoder scheme is adopted, a contactless magnetic encoder chip is used, a plurality of peripheral devices of the magnetic encoder are omitted, the size is smaller, the cost is lower, the safe production level of coal is effectively improved, and the personnel safety and production safety are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种焦炭矿井提升机的测速控制装置,包括前端提升机模块、磁旋转编码器测速模块、连接可视化模块、控制反馈模块,前端提升机动力模块包括减速电机、盘式制动器,减速电机设于提升机的钢丝定滑轮一侧,盘式制动器设有四副,且均设于提升机的制动盘一端,磁旋转编码器测速模块包括永磁旋转鼓、磁阻探头、信号放大电路,连接可视化模块包括A\D转化器、滤波电路、示波器,控制反馈模块基于FPGA开发设计。本发明的测速控制装置应用于焦炭矿井提升机的减速电机处,采用磁旋转编码器方案,使用了无接触磁编码器芯片,省去许多磁编码器的外围设备,使其体积更小,成本更低,有效地提高煤炭的安全生产水平,确保人员安和生产安全。
