The invention relates to a ship equipment module lifting method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, preparing work before lifting, wherein according to a drawing, lifting process holes are cut out in an outer board at a mounting position of an equipment module and a deck platform corresponding to the mounting position of the equipment module, equipment positioning marks are assigned on the ship body outer board, an equipment module transverse moving dedicated tool is mounted and positioned, crane transport lifting rings and transverse moving lifting rings are mounted on a ship structure and the equipment module, and a jacking device is welded to a reinforced rib plate on one side of the bottom of the equipment module; S2, lifting the equipment module to the dedicated tool; andS3, pulling the equipment module and mounting the equipment module in place. The method can solve the influence of equipment delay, the condition is created for equipment non-conventional cabin entering, smooth lifting of the equipment can be ensured, the method is high in generality, the method can be suitable for constructing of other ships with the equipment module, and the method is easy to popularize and apply.

    本发明涉及一种船舶设备模块吊装方法,该方法包括以下步骤:S1、吊前准备工作,根据图纸分别在外板和平台甲板对应的设备模块安装位置上切割出吊装工艺孔,在船体外板上勘划设备定位标记,将设备模块平移专用工装进行安装定位,在船体结构和设备模块上安装吊运吊环和平移吊环,在设备模块底部一侧的加强筋板上焊接顶升装置;S2、将设备模块吊至专用工装;S3、牵引设备模块并安装到位。本发明能够解决设备纳期的影响,为设备非常规进舱创造条件,保证了设备能够顺利吊装,并且该方法通用性较强,能够在其他设置有设备模块的船舶建造中适用,易于推广应用。
