    本发明公开了一种摩托车防窜动平叉连接结构,利用左边深沟球轴承通过孔用卡圈及孔台阶固定在平叉右管上,保证装配完成后平叉与车架的相对位置不变,消除平叉轴向窜动,通过扭紧平叉轴两端螺栓,带动左右脚蹬安装板,压紧外衬套及右边的平叉内衬套,保证平叉内衬套与平叉轴管完全接触,从而消除平叉内衬套在轴向的窜动。从而消除车架与平叉存在的装配间隙,消除普通平叉结构形式在装配时为消除车架与平叉之间的间隙而产生的装配应力。本发明的有益效果包括:解决了车架与平叉装配后平叉在轴向方向的窜动以及装配困难的问题,保证平叉与车架装配后贴合无轴向间隙,增加摩托车的稳定性减少磨损以及降低行驶过程中车轮扭曲的可能。
