The invention belongs to the technical field of marine environment and acoustic observation instruments, and particularly relates to a deep sea acoustic receiving subsurface buoy which comprises a watertight electronic cabin and wet-end corollary equipment, the watertight electronic cabin is mounted on the wet-end corollary equipment; according to a corresponding acquisition time table, the wet-end corollary equipment synchronously acquires multichannel analog underwater acoustic signals and transmits the multichannel analog underwater acoustic signals to a dry-end watertight electronic cabin,and the watertight electronic cabin performs digital-to-analog conversion on analog underwater acoustic signals of each channel and records and stores the converted digital underwater acoustic signals of each channel; meanwhile, the wet-end corollary equipment further comprises ocean instrument equipment, and the ocean instrument equipment synchronously records ocean environment parameters according to the corresponding collection time table, transmits the ocean environment parameters to the dry-end watertight electronic cabin and records and stores the ocean environment parameters.
