The invention provides a subsurface buoy structure and an underwater flow velocity receiving system. The subsurface buoy structure comprises a mounting framework and a floating body assembly, the mounting framework is used for connecting underwater equipment; the floating body assembly is arranged outside the mounting framework in a sleeving manner so as to provide buoyancy for the mounting framework; a sealing cavity for accommodating the mounting framework is formed in the floating body assembly, and the mounting framework comprises a rod body, a first flange and a second flange; the rod body is arranged in the sealing cavity; the first flange and the second flange are arranged at the two ends of the rod body respectively and located outside the floating body assembly so as to be connected with an external anchoring structure. In the connecting process of the cable and the underwater equipment, the cable does not need to penetrate through the floating body assembly, most positions of the cable, the underwater equipment and the mounting framework are hidden in the floating body assembly, and the problem that the cable is damaged due to the fact that the cable is prone to being impacted or corroded by water flow is solved.

    本发明提供一种潜标结构和水下流速接收系统,潜标结构包括:安装骨架和浮体组件;所述安装骨架用于连接水下设备;所述浮体组件套设于所述安装骨架的外部,以实现为所述安装骨架提供浮力;所述浮体组件的内部形成有容纳所述安装骨架的密封腔体,所述安装骨架包括:杆体、第一法兰和第二法兰;所述杆体设置于所述密封腔体内;所述第一法兰和所述第二法兰分别设置于所述杆体的两端,并处于所述浮体组件的外部,以实现与外接锚系结构的连接。本发明提供的线缆与水下设备的连接过程中无需将线缆穿过浮体组件,线缆、水下设备及安装骨架的大部分位置藏匿于浮体组件内,避免了线缆容易受到水流的冲击或腐蚀而导致线缆损坏的问题。
