The invention discloses an intelligent lifting control method and system. A stroke position for a main roof to stretch out and a first limiting position for the main roof to contract are set, and a first limiting device is installed at the first limiting position for the main roof to contract; a second limiting device is arranged at the ascending set position of a spring pressing plate connected with an upper clamping device, and a third limiting device is arranged at the descending set position of the spring pressing plate connected with the lower clamping device; and a fourth limiting deviceis arranged at the ascending set position of a spring pressing plate connected with a lower clamping device, and a fifth limiting device is arranged at the descending set position of the spring pressing plate connected with the lower clamping device. A master control table is used for processing signals detected by the above limiting devices, and synchronous actions of various intelligent liftingjacks are coordinated according to information of a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and the like. The intelligent lifting control method and system have the beneficial effects that an intelligent hydraulic pump station collects and processes the data through a multi-core cable via the displacement sensor, the limiting devices and a pressure transmitter, the master control table then conducts real-time communication through a bus and the intelligent hydraulic pump station, the master control table coordinates all the intelligent lifting jacks to act synchronously, and the horizontal posture of lifting components can be controlled.

    一种智能提升控制方法及系统,设定主顶伸出设置行程位置、主顶回缩到的第一限位位置,并在主顶回缩到第一限位位置安装第一限位装置;在上夹持器连接的弹簧压板上行设定位置设置第二限位装置,下行设定位置设置第三限位装置;在下夹持器连接的弹簧压板上行设定位置设置第四限位装置,下行设定位置设置第五限位装置,利用主控台对上述限位装置检测的信号进行处理,根据压力、位移传感器等信息协调各智能提升千斤顶的同步动作。其优点是通过位移传感器、限位装置、压力变送器,智能液压泵站通过多芯电缆收集、处理这些数据,主控台再通过总线与智能液压泵站进行实时通讯,主控台协调各智能提升千斤顶的同步动作,并可控制提升构件的水平姿态。
