The embodiment of the invention provides a fault online diagnosis distributed tower crane electric control system and equipment. The system comprises a tower crane control module, a calculation diagnosis module, a display and debugging module, a communication module and a distributed IO control module, wherein the tower crane control module is connected with an industrial bus and is used for carrying out logical judgment and sending a control command; the calculation diagnosis module is connected with the industrial bus and is used for calculating monitoring data, diagnosing a fault message and sending the fault message obtained through diagnosis out; the display and debugging module is connected with the industrial bus and is used for carrying out interface debugging, status display and parameter input of the tower crane control module; the communication module is connected with the industrial bus and is used for interacting information with a cloud control center, providing related information and establishing communication connection with external equipment; and the distributed IO control module is connected with the industrial bus and is used for collecting the status signal ofan external mechanism, collecting the actuating signal and the running status signal of devices in a cabinet, and interacting the collected signals with the tower crane control module. The system canrealize fault monitoring to all tower crane equipment.

    本发明实施例提供了一种故障在线诊断的分布式塔机电控系统及设备。所述系统包括:塔机控制模块,与工业总线连接,用于进行逻辑判断并发送控制指令;计算诊断模块,与工业总线连接,用于对监测数据进行计算,并诊断故障信息,将诊断得到的故障信息向外发送;显示及调试模块,与工业总线连接,用于进行接口调试、状态显示和塔机控制模块的参数输入;通信模块,与工业总线连接,用于与云控制中心交互信息,提供相关信息,与外部设备建立通讯连接;分布式IO控制模块,与工业总线连接,用于采集外部机构的状态信号,采集柜体内部器件的动作信号及运行状态信号,并将采集到的信号与塔机控制模块进行交互。本发明可以实现对塔机全部设备的故障监控。
