The invention provides an underwater intelligent net grabbing device. The device comprises a grabbing net (2) including a closed head end and an openable open end; a main pull rope (4) is tied to thehead end of the grabbing net (2); at least four branch pull ropes are tied to the open end and evenly distributed along the open end; each branch pull rope is connected with a trawl net self-propelleddevice (19) which can automatically move in water and is shaped like a torpedo, and the grabbing net is provided with a tightening mechanism for tightening the mouth of the grabbing net (2). An intelligent underwater moving target grabbing device made of the underwater intelligent grabbing net device can grab an underwater moving target in the moving process.
