The invention discloses a method for plugging a stern tube assembly into a hull shaft hole. The method specifically comprises the steps that a hydraulic vehicle, a front hydraulic bracket and a rear hydraulic bracket are installed; the stern tube assembly is hoisted onto the front hydraulic bracket and the rear hydraulic bracket; the front hydraulic bracket and the rear hydraulic bracket bear thestern tube assembly to move in the bow direction; when the front hydraulic bracket moves to the stern end face of the hull shaft hole, the rear hydraulic bracket and a roller sliding into the hull shaft hole jointly bear the stern tube assembly to continue to move in the bow direction; before the roller slides out of the hull shaft hole, a hanging belt in an engine room is enabled to be connectedwith a dummy shaft, and the stern tube assembly continues to move in the bow direction until the stern tube assembly moves to the target position; and the stern tube assembly is adjusted so as to enable the center line of the stern tube assembly to coincide with the center line of the hull shaft hole. According to the invention, the operation safety, the convenience and the operation efficiency ofinstallation work of the stern tube assembly are greatly improved, the completeness of engine room construction is guaranteed, and the operation period is greatly shortened.

    本发明公开了一种艉管总成塞入船体轴孔的方法,具体包括以下步骤:安装液压车、前液压托架和后液压托架;将艉管总成吊放到前液压托架和后液压托架上;前液压托架和后液压托架承载艉管总成向船艏方向移动;当前液压托架移动到船体轴孔的艉端面时,后液压托架和滑入船体轴孔的滚轮共同承载艉管总成继续向船艏方向移动;滚轮滑出船体轴孔之前,将机舱内的吊带与所述假轴相连,艉管总成继续向船艏方向移动,直至艉管总成移动至目标位置;调整艉管总成,使艉管总成的中心线与船体轴孔的中心线相重合。本发明极大地提升了艉管总成安装工作的操作安全性、便捷性、作业效率,保证了机舱施工的完整性,极大地缩短了作业周期。
