The invention discloses an all-terrain vehicle frame, which comprises a middle bottom main beam frame, a middle seat cushion frame and a rear main bottom frame, wherein a front top frame is arranged at the front part of the middle bottom main beam frame; a front left rocker arm mounting plate is arranged on the left side of the front top frame; a front right rocker arm mounting plate is arranged on the right side of the front top frame; a rear left rocker arm mounting plate is arranged on the left side of the rear main bottom frame; a rear right rocker arm mounting plate is arranged on the right side of the rear main bottom frame; a rear top frame is arranged at the top of the rear main bottom frame; and the rear left rocker arm mounting plate and the rear right rocker arm mounting plate are connected with the rear main bottom frame and the rear top frame in a welded mode respectively. Due to the fact that the rear left rocker arm mounting plate and the rear right rocker arm mounting plate are integrally stamped and formed parts and cover four mounting points of a rear upper rocker arm and a rear lower rocker arm respectively, the effects of connecting the rear main bottom frame and the rear top frame and ensuring the strength of the whole frame are achieved, and the welding requirement is effectively lowered.

    本发明公开了一种全地形车车架,包含一中间底部主梁框架、一中部座垫框架和一后部主底框架,中间底部主梁框架的前部设有一前部顶层框架,前部顶层框架的左侧设有一前左摇臂安装板,前部顶层框架的右侧设有一前右摇臂安装板,后部主底框架的左侧设有一后左摇臂安装板,后部主底框架的右侧设有一后右摇臂安装板,后部主底框架的顶部设有一后部顶层框架,后左摇臂安装板、后右摇臂安装板分别与后部主底框架和后部顶层框架焊接连接。由于后左摇臂安装板、后右摇臂安装板为整体冲压成型件,各自涵盖了后上下摇臂的四个安装点,起到连接后部主底框架及后部顶层框架,保证整体车架强度的作用,且有效降低了焊接要求。
