The invention relates to the field of railway locomotives, in particular to a locomotive debugging turning-around device comprising a road surface. A transmission cavity is formed below the road surface between the two rails; a first motor is fixedly mounted on the lower end wall of the transmission cavity; the left endand the right end of the first motor are in power connection with a first driving shaft and a second driving shaft correspondingly; A first bevel gear is fixedly mounted at the left end of the first driving shaft; a second bevel gear is fixedly installed at the right end of the second driving shaft; a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft which are symmetrical in the left-right direction are rotatably installed on the upper end wall of the transmission cavity. According to the device, train wheels are retracted through a motor and turning around is completed through gear rotation; therefore, debugging work can be completed through only one rail, convenience is achieved, and the debugging speed is increased.
