The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and provides an automatic turning-around method and an automatic turning-around device for a vehicle. The automatic turning-around method for the vehicle is executed by an electronic brake booster, and comprises: detecting a turning-around instruction signal input from the outside; receiving at least one state signal of a vehicle after the turn-around instruction signal is detected; and when it is judged that at least one state signal is within a corresponding threshold range, controlling the vehicle to turn around according to the turn-around instruction signal. According to the invention, a driver can autonomously control the turning-around place and the turning-around time to turn around so as to provide good experience for the driver.
