The invention discloses a liquid cooling circulation system of a high-power charger. The system comprises a cabinet and a liquid cooling device, wherein a power component mounting plate is arranged inthe cabinet; the liquid cooling device comprises heat dissipation boxes which are connected in series through a liquid cooling pipeline. The heat dissipation box is further communicated with an inletand an outlet of the water tank through liquid cooling pipelines. A water pump is arranged on the liquid cooling pipeline; an opening is formed in the upper end of the heat dissipation box; the heatdissipation box is attached to the bottom of the power component mounting plate; a plurality of partition plates are arranged in the heat dissipation box at intervals, one end of each partition plateis fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the heat dissipation box, the other end of each partition plate and the opposite side wall are arranged in a spaced mode, a liquid inlet is formed in the bottom of the heat dissipation box, a liquid outlet is formed in the top of the side wall of the heat dissipation box, and a baffle right facing the heat dissipation box is arranged at the bottom of the power component mounting plate. And a refrigerating mechanism is also arranged in the cabinet and is opposite to the water tank. The LED lamp has the advantages of being good in heat dissipationeffect, convenient to maintain and capable of saving cost.

    本发明公开了一种大功率充电机液冷循环系统,包括机柜以及液冷装置,所述机柜内设置有功率部件安装板,所述液冷装置包括通过液冷管道互相串联设置的散热箱,所述散热箱还通过液冷管道分别与水箱的进口和出口贯通设置,所述液冷管道上设置有水泵,所述散热箱上端开口设置,所述散热箱贴附在所述功率部件安装板底部,所述散热箱内部间隔设置有若干隔板,所述隔板一端与所述散热箱内侧壁固定连接,另一端与正对的侧壁间隙设置,所述散热箱底部设有进液口,所述散热箱侧壁的顶部设置有出液口,所述功率部件安装板底部正对所述散热箱设置有挡板;所述机柜内正对所述水箱还设置制冷机构。本发明具有散热效果好、维修方便、节约成本的优点。
