The space utilization rate of the full-liquid-cooling direct-current charger can be improved, the heat dissipation performance is improved, and the problems that existing equipment is unreasonable in layout and has potential safety hazards are solved.

    本发明公开了一种全液冷直流充电机系统及控制方法,属于电动汽车充电技术领域。包括充电机柜体、液冷充电模块散热单元和控制单元,充电机柜体内设置有液冷枪线模组和液冷充电模块,液冷枪线模组位于所述充电机柜体的下部,液冷充电模块位于所述充电机柜体的上部;液冷枪线模组包括液冷线缆和冷却单元,冷却单元设置于充电机柜体的底部,冷却单元与充电机柜体间形成冷却风道;液冷线缆设置于所述冷却模组;液冷充电模块散热单元设置于液冷充电模块的上方,且位于充电机柜体的顶部;控制单元分别与冷却单元和液冷充电模块散热单元通信连接。能够提高全液冷直流充电机的空间利用率,提高散热性能,解决了现有设备布局不合理,存在安全隐患的问题。
