The invention discloses a controllable magnetorheological elastomer suspension system for a power battery pack. The controllable magnetorheological elastomer suspension system comprises a magnetorheological elastomer vibration isolator and a semi-active control module; and control current is outputted by the semi-active control module, and is applied to the magnetorheological elastomer vibration isolator to change the rigidity and the damping characteristics of the vibration isolator. Through the arrangement of the magnetorheological elastomer vibration isolator and a semi-active controller, on the premise of not changing the existing mechanical structure of the power battery pack, semi-active control vibration transferred by a pavement and a vehicle body is inhibited by the battery pack,the controllable magnetorheological elastomer suspension system can be applied to devices with large vibration noise in various working environments, meanwhile, a semi-active vibration isolation system can directly adopt multiple mature control algorithms, and is easy to implement and verify, and the universality and the reliability of the system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于动力电池包的可控磁流变弹性体悬置系统,包括:磁流变弹性体隔振器和半主动控制模块;半主动控制模块输出控制电流,控制电流施加在磁流变弹性体隔振器,改变隔振器的刚度和阻尼特性。本发明能通过磁流变弹性体隔振器与半主动控制器的设置,在不改变动力电池包现有机械结构的前提下,实现电池包对于路面及车身传递振动的半主动主动抑制,可适用于各种工作环境振动噪声大的设备,同时该半主动减振系统可以直接采用多种成熟的控制算法,易于实现与验证,进一步提高了系统的普适性和可靠性。
