The invention relates to an intelligent aligned navigation system for tower crane mounting. The intelligent aligned navigation system for tower crane mounting comprises a satellite positioning fixed base station, a mounting aligning reference station, a mounting aligning moving station and a hoisting monitor. The satellite positioning fixed base station is used for acquiring positioning data and sending the positioning data to the mounting aligning reference station and the mounting aligning moving station; the mounting aligning reference station is used for calculating position coordinates thereof and communicating with the satellite positioning fixed base station interactively to correct the coordinate precision of the mounting aligning reference station, and the mounting aligning reference station sends the coordinate information to the hoisting monitor and an on-site dispatching and commanding platform; the mounting aligning moving station is used for calculating the position coordinates thereof and the height to the ground and communicating with the satellite positioning fixed base station interactively to correct the coordinate precision of the mounting aligning moving station and the height to the ground, and the mounting aligning moving station sends the coordinate information and the height information to the ground to the hoisting monitor and the on-site dispatching and commanding platform. The hoisting monitor is in communication connection to a cloud platform and the on-site dispatching and commanding platform, separately, and the cloud platform is connected toa mobile phone APP. The system can improve the mounting efficiency of a tower crane effectively and ensure the safety of the tower crane mounting process.
