The posture self-adaptive walking aid robot comprises a self-adaptive posture adjusting platform and a foldable seat assembly. The self-adaptive posture adjusting platform comprises a mounting frame and main body lifting assemblies. A controller is arranged in the mounting frame (8). The main body lifting assemblies comprise a left main body lifting assembly and a right main body lifting assembly which are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the mounting frame. Hub motors are arranged at the bottoms of the main body lifting assemblies. The main body lifting assemblies are in signal connection with the controller, and the controller controls one or two sets ofmain body lifting assemblies to work. According to the invention, a first supporting leg, a second supporting leg, a first hub motor and a second hub motor can drive the foldable seat assembly fixed to the mounting frame to move up and down and front and back, the posture of the walking aid machine can be adaptively and accurately adjusted under different ground conditions through an arranged pushrod assembly, the control experience is improved, and the use safety is improved.
