The invention discloses a tower column climbing robot, which comprises a climbing mechanism used for climbing to a preset working position along a tower column and being stably attached to the tower column, wherein the climbing mechanism comprises an embracing arm assembly, a plurality of driving wheel assemblies and a plurality of clamping assemblies; the embracing arm assembly is arranged on theperiphery of the tower column, and the embracing arm assembly is used for adapting to the range change of the diameter of the tower column; the plurality of driving wheel assemblies are fixedly connected with the embracing arm assembly, the plurality of driving wheel assemblies are used for driving the climbing mechanism to climb along the outer wall of the tower column, and the embracing arm assembly is used for providing a pressing force capable of generating a friction force required by climbing movement for the driving wheel assemblies; and the plurality of clamping assemblies are fixedlyconnected with the embracing arm assembly, and the plurality of clamping assemblies are used for clamping the outer wall of the tower column when the climbing mechanism is located at the preset working position. The equipment is small in size, light in weight, good in reliability, convenient to assemble and disassemble, rapid in transition and high in efficiency.

    本发明公开一种塔柱攀爬机器人,包括:爬升机构,爬升机构用于沿塔柱攀爬到达预定工作位置,并稳固附着在塔柱上;爬升机构包括:一抱臂组件,抱臂组件设于塔柱的外周,抱臂组件用于适应塔柱的直径的范围变化;若干主动车轮组件,若干主动车轮组件均与抱臂组件固定连接,若干主动车轮组件用于带动爬升机构沿塔柱的外壁爬升,且抱臂组件用于为主动车轮组件提供能产生攀爬运动所需摩擦力的压紧力;若干夹持组件,若干夹持组件均与抱臂组件固定连接,若干夹持组件用于爬升机构在预定工作位置时夹紧塔柱的外壁。本发明设备体型较小,重量较轻,可靠性好,装拆方便,转场快速,效率高。
