The invention provides a privileged vehicle passage method, device and system. Avoiding information is calculated and obtained through unprivileged vehicles according to second position information of current running of the unprivileged vehicles, planned route information, first position information and speed information; the unprivileged vehicles perform corresponding avoiding treatment according to the avoiding information; the unprivileged vehicles are made to obtain the planned route information and the like of privileged vehicles as early as possible and avoid the privileged vehicles in advance according to the information. Thus, the roads ahead of privileged vehicles are free of the congestion caused by gathering of unprivileged vehicles and the privileged vehicles can arrive at destinations in time.
