The invention relates to a box-type substation lower lifting device and a lifting method. Traditional box-type substation lifting devices have two types of a direct welding type and a detachable type; and the direct welding type is firm and reliable, but the appearance is unbeautiful, the welding strength requirement is high, and the potential safety hazards exist. The box-type substation lower lifting device comprises a lifting shaft (1), wherein the lifting shaft penetrates through a through hole in a bottom frame (2) of a box-type substation, and is in clearance fit with the through hole of the bottom frame of the box-type substation; a bolt (4) is fixed at the front end of the lifting shaft; a washer (3) is arranged between the bolt and the bottom frame of the box-type substation; the back end of the lifting shaft is fixed on a stop plate (6); and a limiting plate (7) is arranged behind the stop plate. The invention discloses the box-type substation lower lifting device and the lifting method.
