The invention provides a storage battery charging control system and control device of a storage battery electric engineering vehicle. The control device comprises an integrated control conversion switch (1), a network system module (2) in communication connection with the integrated control conversion switch (1), a float charging execution unit (3) and an equalized charging execution unit (4). The network system module (2) determines the work state of the float charging execution unit (3) and the equalized charging execution unit (4) according to the manipulation position of integrated control conversion switch (1). When the integrated control conversion switch (1) is located at different manipulation positions, different IO interfaces of the network system module (2) can be communicated to generate different control signals, also the network system module (2) is employed to control the work state of the float charging execution unit (3) and the equalized charging execution unit (4), centralized independent control of float charging and equalized charging two charging modes can be realized, execution of the two charging modes simultaneously can be prevented, and the storage battery charging safety can be improved.
