The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly automatic spray-coating room tower crane device which comprises a tower crane body and an operating orbit, wherein the tower crane body consists of a base, a supporting rod and a suspender; a groove is formed in the base; the supporting rod and the suspender are both telescopic rods; the suspender can rotate relative to the supporting rod; the supporting rod can rotate relative to the base, and is folded in the groove; a telescopic folding section is arranged on the operating orbit; a storage room and a supporting frame are arranged below the telescopic folding section; and the supporting frame is arranged in the storage room and can be a telescopic and/or rotatable supporting frame. According to the novel environment-friendly automatic spray-coating room tower crane device, the supporting rod and the suspender are designed into telescopic and folding rods; meanwhile, the groove is formed in the base, the telescopic folding section is arranged on the operating orbit, and the storage room and the supporting frame are arranged below the telescopic folding section, so that folding and storage of the tower crane device are facilitated, and an available space in a factory can be effectively enlarged.
