The small-sized automatic water-surface floater clean-up ship comprises left-right disposed ship bodies, a ship body power mechanism, a ship body steering mechanism, floater collecting mechanisms and a remote control device which controls each mechanism, wherein each mechanism is powered by storage batteries; the floater collecting mechanisms are arranged between the two ship bodies; the floater collecting mechanisms are respectively a rotating wheel, which is arranged on the stem, and a garbage can, which is arranged on the stern; the lowering degrees of the capacities of the storage batteries are detected; the storage batteries whose capacities are less than a first monomer activation value are activated so that the capacities of the storage batteries are not less than the first monomer activation value; the activations of the storage batteries of which capacities are not less than the first monomer activation value are maintained; and the storage battery is provided with a three-phase hybrid multi-level inverter circuit, which is formed by cascading a bridge circuit module and a level circuit module and can output a plurality of levels.
