The present invention relates to a gas injection water diversion propulsion device in a ship body through runner. The technical defect that for an existing ship propulsion system, single screw propulsion is too complex, and energy loss is high is overcome. The through runner below the waterline of the ship body is formed by a water inlet segment, an ejector and a water outlet segment; the periphery of the water outlet segment is provided with an air preheater to form an annular channel; spiral plates 9a are disposed in the annular channel; a combustion chamber leading-out pipe on the ejector is communicated with a combustion chamber; the combustion chamber leading-out pipe is communicated with an injection nozzle in the ejector; connecting blocks are disposed between the ejector and the injection nozzle; a gas and air mixer on a side wall of the combustion chamber is communicated with an air preheater outlet pipe; an outlet of a gas inlet pipe stretches into the gas and air mixer; an inlet of the gas inlet pipe upwardly stretches out; the air preheater outlet pipe is communicated with the air preheater; and the other end of the air preheater is provided with an air preheater inlet pipe. Propulsion devices and equipment are effectively reduced, system is simplified, and overall functions are improved.
