The invention discloses a crumpling brake pedal mechanism. The crumpling brake pedal mechanism comprises a mounting frame, wherein the mounting frame locates a brake pedal swing arm through the hinge of a first hinge shaft; the brake pedal swing arm is in movable connection with a booster push rod through a booster mounting connecting rod; the middle of the booster mounting connecting rod is in hinge connection with the booster push rod; one end of the booster mounting connecting rod is in hinge connection with the brake pedal swing arm, and the other end of the booster mounting connecting rod is in hinge connection with a locking connecting rod; the other end of the locking connecting rod is half-clasped with the first hinge shaft; the first hinge shaft is in interference fit with the locking connecting rod; an anti-back inhibition support is in hinge location on the mounting frame; a crumpling part which can push the locking connecting rod away from the first hinge shaft under the action of an automobile instrument desk tubular beam is arranged on the ant-back inhibition support. The crumpling brake pedal mechanism is simple in structure, effectively prevents control points of the brake pedal from rising and moving backwards due to backing of the booster push rod, protects a driver against injuries, and is safe and reliable.
